Bathroom Refurbishment In Crouch End, London

Ponari Builders recently completed a project of revamping and updating one of our customer's bathroom with new tiling, new shower, new sink, new toilet and other bathroom fittings.

The first step in the project was to remove the old tiling from the two walls above the bath. After the old tiles are removed, one of our plasterers skimmed the walls to level them out and make ready for the tiling to proceed.

Once the tiling was finished we grouted and cleaned everything. The next step in the process was:

Fitted new bath and shower mixer at the head of the existing bath. (The spporting structure below the bath was damaged which meant the bath was not on a stable platform. We reinforced the old structre with new 4x2 wood timbers.)

Fitted new sink with hanging mirror cupboard.

Fitted new toilet.

Painted bathroom walls and ceiling.

Painted bathroom woodwork including door, skirting board and window.

Painted Radiator.

Fitted Towel Rails.
