1.Planning:

            When it comes to kitchens most customers purchase a design from some of the main kitchen suppliers. This means we already have a plan to work from.  With bathrooms it is mostly the case that customers choose what fixtures they want to use and then we advice on coming up with a plan which allows for their appliances to be fitted in the spaces they have. We are always more hands on when it comes to planning for a new bathroom refurbishment. The planning part for the kitchen involves setting timelines of when the plumber and electrician will do the work.  We rarely get an empty house to take our time in a kitchen or bathroom refurbishment project.  We understand any building work is disruptive especially when it involves work on such essential part such the kitchen or bathroom. We are a very efficient team of builders and our speedy turnaround are part of the reason why we get so many bathroom and kitchen fitting projects.

 

2.Demolition Work:

            The next stage of the process involves removing old fixings and cabinets. In bathrooms this involves removing old tiles as well usually. After removing all equipment we will dispose of them; usually on a skip but we have had cases where customers wanted to reuse old units or fittings.

 

3.Fitting:

            The next stage is fitting all the cabinets and units following the pre-decided design. Once all the fixtures and fittings go in we proceed with the final phase of the project.

 

4.Finishing Touches:

            At this stage we test all the connections and ensure everything works in the new kitchen and bathroom.

 

5.Aftercare:

            This is an important aspect of our work. We ensure our customers continue enjoying their new kitchen or bathroom. We offer comprehensive guarantees for our work and ensure we are allways at hand on the odd chance that something wrong.
