Terms of business

These terms and conditions explain the key rights and responsibilities 

>> 1. Only that work specified in the Brief is included in the fees: any additional work will be charged on an hourly basis.
>> 2. Parking and congestion fees will be charged in addition to the quotation.
>> 3. No allowance is made in the price for any extra work required due to unknown, hidden or
>> underground features.
>> 4. This quotation includes project management by ourselves for all work specified. We are happy to send details of the project management service that we provide.
>> 5. Watering: unless otherwise stated, no allowance has been made to apply water to lawns, plants, bulbs or seeds after planting or sowing. Plant supply: unless otherwise stated, no allowance has been made in the price for any planting, maintenance or plant replacement.
>> 6. Living gardens does not accept responsibility for exterior timber items supplied and installed as we have to allow for wood to naturally shrink and expand in the outdoor elements.
>> 7. Written acceptance, either in the form of the Quotation Acceptance or by letter or email, is required.
>> 8. This quotation is valid for 30 days from receipt, and may be subject to alteration after that date.
>> 9. The prices are based on conditions at the time of the viewing.
>> 10. On acceptance we will send a schedule of payment timings and details for you to agree before we proceed with the work.
